Section colours
This landing page has a different section colour selected in the section tab, this is useful for separating parts of the website into smaller sections or groups, your business may have multiple departments or content that you want to differentiate. Any pages under this section within the CMS Sitetree with also reflect this same colour palette.
The layout style has also been changed to story instead of boxed in this instance, this style sometimes looks better if there are less sub pages.
Blocks Page
More advanced then page, allows the ability to add order-able elements such as accordions, tabs, forms, columns as blocks. This is set up as an example of how the section colours will affect this page type.

Standard page with no bells and whistles. Has a single wysiwyg editor for adding content and is good for quick pages.
